Yup, 2 more 'Mericans will soon be packin' heat - legally. Julie and I took the CCDW class today. It was Julie's first time to shoot my Glock 17. She got all 20 on the target, for a good 100%. She got a 92 on the written test. Now we wait to get the official card back then send to Frankfort again for the CCDW lic.
BTW, used the .44spl. Got all on the target with a few nice groups. I kinda screwed around a bit after the first 11 got on (ya gotta get 11 of 20 on the target). But nice groups around the center and then a nice little one in the high chest/low neck. Got a 100 on the written.
Now I want to finish a full set of Glocks for Julie and myself: 17, 19, 26 black for her and OD green for me.
