Less than two months and counting...

...until I can ride again!  ;D :D :o

I wore my helmet around the house for a while last week.  No pains, no soreness in my neck.  It felt great!  And it kinda made folding laundry seem a little more exciting.  Anyway, I've informed the wife that I WILL start riding again on March 1st, even though I've felt the neck has been strong enough for a couple of months now.  I'm giving it a couple extra months just to be on the safe side. 


Our 3rd child is due in late April.  I'll have to put off any sport touring until possibly the fall.  :(

Well, you sit around at home in instead of riding and this is what happens.    ;D ;D

Big congrats on the new little one, and also on getting back on a bike.   Glad to hear the healing and recovery continue to go well.

That's great to hear Ty. But you have to start riding soon or you are going to have to trade in your car and get a school bus!

He he, that funny. Made me remember John and Kate + 8 - they have a very cool Sprinter. Just not the way I want to go about getting one.

Hey Ty check this out. For the fist time I'm going to stay with one of the kids. I have looked after them for oh 25 years and now Ada and I are going to Huston for the supercross in Jan. Turns out my daughter and son in law live there so we are going to have a place to stay for free!  All thoes years are starting to pay off.  ;D

Besides I can't say anything I had 3 and I would not change a thing. They are all great. Even the youngest one! ;D The only way he could be any better is if I could make him 18. ::)  He is hard on the check book lately!  :'(

Wahooo!!!  Got all my gear together last night in preparation for this morning so I wouldn't be late for w#$*.  Despite the rather chilly 24 degF showing on the VFR's dash, it was a great ride in.  Can't wait for this afternoon.  I'll be taking the long way home for sure. 

Oh, and my head didn't fall off either.
