still needs a little work

I took a few hours today and rolled the Bandit out for a mile or two. 0830 I was dressed and the bike was out and warning up. The temp was a little cold but I have riden in colder temps. 38 degrees was not too bad. I guess I had forgotten about the nature of a nakid bandit, very litttle wind protection! The ST was great even in cold weather. I don't think that can say that about the Bandit atleast in stock form.

I can see a new windscreen in days to come and heated grips.  ;D    A new neck gater (sp) will be a must. I will say this, Cold or not I had a great ride and the Bandit rocks. Nothing can replace a hand full of miles on a good road! Monday aint gona sux so bad now!

Yall need to gear up and put on a few miles.

Getting ready for the Polar Bear Ride?    Glad to hear you got the bike out.   I'll probably need to disassemble the VFR this winter before I can ride it again.    I've been commuting on the 640 (or in the truck  :-\ ) and have hardly even been on the dirt bikes.

Now, if Gar will just get that thread Polar Bear thread started we'll have somthing to look forward to....

I thought it would be nice to get atleast a 1000 miles on it before the tires dry rotted off the wheels.   ::)
