I'm still hoping to make it down unless gas is over $6/gallon.    More likely as a spectator or helper than as a competitor, but maybe I'll try my first Hare Scramble if I get to ride a time or two before October.    Hopefully it will be a little cooler than the original date.

Has much planning been going on yet?   When does the flyer go up on the SERA site?

I have to finish the trails before I put up a flyer. I am close to completing them. I also have to finish the AMA and SERA forms. Maybe I will manage to get them done next week. I will be working in the woods and on the track this weekend. If all goes well we will have about 12 miles. The new section in cut thru some cotten wood trees and man are the tight. Passing is going to be a task in there.

You should come on over and ride a little.

Sounds great !   What did you end up deciding on the bridges?

Any you're right... I need to get out and ride.    I've only been on the dirt bike twice since I was at the CL last Labor Day.    Cry     It's a good thing I have Battery Tenders.    Roll Eyes

I have put my hands on some 3 inch drill stem. We will start setting the pipe into place Thursday. This is some very big stuff. My trailor would only haul 4 or 5 twenty foot sticks.

Marking the date on my Cal...

My summer adventure put a bit of a damper on too much traveling this year but if I can make it down I'll be there.

How is the Corner Lot doing with all of the rain from the hurricane?   Did your website get washed away?   Hope everyone is OK and the place hasn't turned into a lake or a swamp.

Too much rain/bad weather.

It knocked alot of trees down and the track never really dried up well enough to ride.

The weather this year just has not given us a break. I would love to have the event but I cannot risk the trail system to have one race. We will try to make a date for July or Aug of next year.

I'm Sorry guys
