Given the need to shift TWT's hosting strategy it's now being moved to here.

At this time I'm not planning on migrating old data or accounts though that may change some day.

Well, its been a couple of years since I last visited this site, but it appears it has a new beginning. I suppose I'm among the first to register, so I will be watching to see how it all goes.

I followed the bread crumbs over to 3.0.   And I can even receive e-mails from the new site!

Matt,   Thanks a lot for keeping TWT on the air.

I am. If ya can't put a band-aid on em, stick em in a pasture and hear em moo, they are over cooked and not worth eating. So there, rare - purple in the middle, burnt on the outside, yet cold in the center - perfect!!!! The napkin is for the blood on your chin.

No blood on or in da cadaver part please. Lem me splain.

You have to start with the middle by grilling till its just got a little pink (not burnt and not bloody)
To make it pretty you crank up the heat and crisp it up  on the outside. Not burnt, just crisp.
This works with burgers too. Grin

Angel.........What are you doing in SC? Theres gators down there.
