I'm fine it will be another few weeks before I go and run at any pace. Not that I can right now anyway. I have most of the parts back on the bike but it still aint ready yet.

i crashed my cr 250 about 3 weeks ago. Bars hit me in the ribs and cracked 2.

Good news!  Cast is off and I'm back on the road now!  Boy does it feel good to be rolling again.  Now, if it would just be warmer than 16deg on the way to work...  ::)
