Decision time
« on: February 14, 2009, 06:51:54 PM »

I`m ordering a pizza for the race on Sun.  Ruff loves pizza. ;D
My problem is I can`t decide which toppings I need to create the perfect pie.
Here`s what I`ve got so far.
                                              Thin crust
                                               sauce& double cheese
                                               peppers and onion
                                               sausage and pepperoni
                                                shrooms
the peppers I put on myself......habanero.

At least I didnt ask what kind of bike I wanted ;D

What kind of tires should I put on the kind of bike I might get and I need directions on backroads from here to there because I`m a roadracering son of a butch.

Cooter.............One cannot eat pizza w/o peppars and onions. I`ll bet you throw grits on there. ;D

Anybody want to start planning a spring get together and then not go?

The most expensive ones are bestest. But ya gotta have that bike that thats costes $20,000, base price, and mod it out a few grand to make it worth anything. And roadracering is the only way to travel long distance

Let`s go get a steak where we went before. There`s just somthing I like about a steak being served in the skillet. Maybe that anchovie eating Cooter might be interested. He claims he likes meat.
Or does he like the meat? hmmmmmmm? ;D

   I`m sure they have bacon.

We have somthing started dont we?    The place I`m talking about is on I79 south @ exit 67 I think.
I know it`s about 10 miles north of the exit before you hit rt.19. It`s a combo motel/restarant.
I found the place when I was running to Florida every week. Now I just zip down there just to eat.............nice ride too. ;D

Gar,  If you ever head to Mississippi and the 'Lot post a note ahead of time.    I need some kind of excuse to get away from work.   Although I heard you need pontoons and a paddle wheel to ride down there lately.   :(     And some day we need to consider a redeux of the aborted MS Hill Country ride.   I heard they have pizza, steak, and bacon down there.

Thats the truck stop at Jane Lew isn't it? Where I first freaked out the locals with the camo kilt. ;D

We need to go there.

And LeeO - I'm trying to get back to the corner lot. I gotta pick up the KTM, as it spent the winter down south(damn snow bird). We should try the ride again, fo sho!

Its not the one at Jane Lew but that wasnt too bad either. The one I`m thinking about is further south @ exit 67 @ flatwoods on the western side of I79. You can see the truck stop from the main drag and the combo restaraunt motel sits on the hill overlooking the tkk stp. I`s the one that serves your steak in the skillet and it`s always the way you ordered it. You know rare, med rare, med, and there`s burnt to a crisp. I can only rember eating there with Gar and Box but at differant times. Box saw the Shoneys. The Box loves his Shoney`s  :D

I like it too but...........steak is good fer me.
